About

Bob Gallagher was one of the most remarkable people I’ve ever met. A gifted and original thinker, poet, philosopher, musician, juggler and punster, he was the author of an experimental novel, a meta-memoir, poems, plays, essays and tracts and the Halloweeniads, a loosely formed series of epic poems in iambic pentameter which, miraculously, he memorized, staged and delivered to audiences at the library each Fall.

After Bob died, I decided to assemble his writing, his thinking, and his humor — in all its ribaldry and ridiculousness — in one place where people could go to chat without leaving home.

Bob made friends so easily — all he required was that you let your guard down a little — but he hated going out. Please feel free to muse along and make comments as if somebody cared; as this was the passion and the central pursuit of Bob’s life.

If anyone could master the technology and blog along with us from the great beyond, it would be him (I guess that should be ‘he.’)
